Stupid Residents!

My favorite order of the night has to be STAT Pulmicort treatment! I almost want to ask the resident “do you even know how pulmicort works?” Sometime I really hate working at a teaching hospital!

So it’s my first time with pneumonia. I can actually hear the crackles on my right side without my stethoscope. The funny thing is I went to the urgent care already knowing what I had, I just needed my prescriptions. I need someone to do CPT on me and give round the clock nebs!
